Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are the terms for the provision of electronic services ("regulamin") required by Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means. They apply to everyone who uses the website at this address (the "Website").

1. Service provider

The Website is operated by Roberto Alfarano, running the business Eurobrokers.pro, Odkryta 1/49, 03-140 Warsaw, Poland, NIP 5242884198, REGON 383102525, EU VAT number PL5242884198. Email: info@eurobrokers.pro.

2. Services provided

Through the Website we provide, free of charge, the following electronic services:

• Browsing the information published on the Website;
• Contact form, which lets you send us a message.

The agreement for browsing is concluded when you open the Website and ends when you leave it. The agreement for the contact form is concluded when you send a message and ends when the message has been delivered. You may stop using the services at any time.

3. Technical requirements

To use the Website you need a device connected to the internet and an up-to-date web browser (for example Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge) with JavaScript enabled. To use the contact form you also need an active email address, and your browser must allow the storage described in section 7 of the Privacy and Cookie Policy.

4. Rules of use

You must use the Website in accordance with the law and these Terms. It is forbidden to provide content of an unlawful nature, in particular content that infringes the rights of others, and to send spam, malicious software or automated messages through the contact form.

5. Risks of using the internet

As required by Article 6 of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means, we inform you that using any service over the internet carries risks, such as malicious software, phishing and unauthorised access to data. Keep your browser and operating system up to date and use antivirus protection. We will never ask you for passwords or payment details through the Website or by email.

6. Nature of the information

The content of the Website is for general information about our business. It is not an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into negotiations (Article 71 of the Civil Code). The terms of any cooperation are agreed separately, in writing.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, graphic design and the Eurobrokers.pro name and logo are protected by law and belong to the service provider. The logos of the companies shown under "Collaborations" belong to their respective owners and are shown for information only. You may not copy or use the content of the Website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Complaints

You can make a complaint about the operation of the Website by email to info@eurobrokers.pro, or by post to the address in section 1. Please describe the problem and give your contact details. We will reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint, by email or by post.

9. Liability

We take care that the Website works properly and that its content is accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. Interruptions may occur, for example for maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the rights of consumers under mandatory provisions of law.

11. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection given to them by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. We may change these Terms for important reasons, such as changes in the law or in the services; the new version applies from its publication on the Website and does not affect messages already sent. These Terms can be viewed, saved and printed free of charge at any time from this page.
